This Privacy Policy applies to Tech Account Private Limited, operating Quick2Cloud cloud hosting and Quick2Tally software. We are committed to protecting your data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

2. Information We Collect

We do not access the contents of your Tally data files. Your accounting data is yours alone.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To set up and manage your cloud server subscription
• To issue GST-compliant invoices and process payments
• To send service notifications and renewal reminders
• To respond to support requests and inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your data or share it for any purpose unrelated to providing our services.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your data only with: payment processors (for subscription payments), Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (for TSS license verification), and legal authorities if required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

• Active subscription data: retained for subscription period + 3 years (tax compliance)
• Server session logs: 90 days
• Inquiry form data: up to 2 years for business follow-up

6. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
