Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quick2Cloud services provided by Tech Account Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all subscribers including individuals, businesses, CA firms, and enterprises.

2. Services Provided

Quick2Cloud provides managed cloud server hosting services for Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime users. Our services include:

• RDP-based access to cloud-hosted Windows Servers
• Multi-user Tally setup and configuration
• Daily data backup and 24×7 server monitoring
• Tally TSS renewal as an official Tally Associate Partner
• HTML5 browser-based access where applicable

3. Subscription and Billing

• Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at subscription time
• All prices are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is charged additionally
• Payment is due before the start of each subscription period
• Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of due date
• No refunds for unused subscription time once access has been granted
• A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for all payments

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our cloud servers only for lawful business purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Storing or transmitting illegal or harmful content
• Unauthorized access to other clients' data or server resources
• Installing unauthorized software unrelated to your subscribed services
• Sharing RDP credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Cryptocurrency mining or running automated bots on our servers

5. Data Ownership and Security

All business data on our cloud servers remains your exclusive property. We implement industry-standard security including firewalls and antivirus. Daily backups are maintained; however, we recommend maintaining your own backup as an additional measure. We will not access your Tally data without your explicit permission except for technical support upon your request.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.9% server uptime monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows may cause brief downtime and will be communicated in advance. Force majeure events are excluded from SLA calculations. Our liability for extended downtime is limited to a credit of proportional subscription days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Account Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

• You may terminate by providing 15 days' written notice
• We may terminate accounts violating these terms without notice
• Upon termination, you have 7 days to retrieve your data

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
